a) Pilot application form
When you submit our pilot application form, we collect the following data:
- Company name
- Contact name (your name)
- Work email address
- Number of employees in your company
- Optional message (if provided)
These data are stored in our database and used to evaluate your pilot programme application and to contact you.
b) Technical log data
Each time our website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records technical data (e.g. IP address, time of access, page visited, browser type). These data are used solely for operating and securing the service and are not used for marketing purposes.
3. Legal basis
Processing of data from the pilot application form is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for steps prior to entering into a contract, at the request of the data subject). Processing of technical log data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the service).
4. Service providers and data transfers
We use the following processors that handle personal data in connection with our services:
Supabase Inc.
Database service. Your application data is stored in a Supabase database. Supabase Inc. is a US-based provider. Data transfer takes place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Resend Inc.
Email delivery service. Your email address and name are transmitted to Resend to send the confirmation email. Resend Inc. is a US-based provider. Data transfer takes place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Vercel Inc.
Hosting provider. This website is hosted on servers of Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel processes technical access data as part of the hosting service. Data transfer takes place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Your data will not be shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
Pilot application data is stored for as long as necessary to process your enquiry, generally no longer than 12 months after the application process has concluded. Technical log data is deleted after a maximum of 90 days.
6. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information about the data we process.
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request deletion of your data, subject to any statutory retention obligations.

- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may receive your data in a machine-readable format.
